The purpose of risk management is to determine the extensiveness of the existing operational risks and then to evaluate and reduce the most significant risks through an applied method.
Through intensive integration of operational staff, risk aspects are determined and computed into risk scenarios. The specific feature of the applied method is the possibility to make different risks objectively comparable. The method we utilize is based around personal protection, environmental dangers and inconveniences to neighbours, as well as the financial consequences to the enterprise.
